East Coast Capital Management Pty Ltd (“ECCM”) owns and operates this website (“Site”). The purpose of this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to inform users of our Site about how we comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth).

By using this Site in any manner, users agree that they consent and agree to:

Terms and Conditions in addition to this Privacy Policy.

When we amend this Privacy Policy we will amend the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. We recommended that our users periodically review our Privacy Policy to ensure they are notified of any updates. If you use the Site after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, you agree to all of the changes.
Personal data we collect and how we use your personal data
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of information (which may include personally identifiable information and any “personal identifiers”) that we gather when users are accessing or using our services. It does not apply to information obtained or disclosed in offline correspondence, through other personal contacts with ECCM representatives or through the practices of companies we do not own or control, or people that we do not manage. ECCM and associated service providers may collect, hold and use potential investors’ personal information to assess applications and provide services to investors and for other permitted purposes.
ECCM does not collect any personally identifiable information about visitors to the publicly available areas of our Site. If you submit an inquiry or newsletter subscription request to us through our Site or by email, we may collect your name, email address and other information disclosed by you (such as your location and/or investor type) for purposes of responding.
In the course of conducting our business or carrying out our services to our users, we may disclose users’ personal information to the following parties:
- our contractors and/or service providers under strict confidentiality arrangements;
- users’ nominated legal and financial advisors;
- counterparties who issue, provide or facilitate products or services that users instruct us to acquire or invest in;
- other parties involved in providing, managing or administering users’ products or services including third party suppliers and providers;
- where users have consented to disclosure; or
- where required or authorised by law and to meet our obligations under law.
We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from misuse and loss from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We may hold your information in either electronic or hard copy form. Any personal information held that is no longer needed, or required to be retained by any other laws, is destroyed in a secure manner, deleted or de-identified as appropriate.

Again, this Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties, and we are not responsible for and have no control over their privacy policies and practices.
Children
Our Site, products and services are not intended for use by children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. If a child under 16 years of age has provided us with personal data, their parent or guardian may contact our privacy officer.
